Cayo Levisa, situated off the coast of Cuba's most western province Pinar del Rio, is reached by a 30-minute boat transfer from Palma Rubia seaport (included with bookings made through this website). The ferry runs daily at 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. (out of Cayo Levisa at 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.). Taxi Boat transfers, offered on a non-fixed (unreliable) schedule have to be paid locally. Given the limited ferry schedule you may want to consider spending at least one night in Havana before moving on to Cayo Levisa.
Guest of Hotel Levisa are likely to arrive by an international flight
or domestic flight
to Havana's Jose Marti International Airport. From the airport you can take a taxi or transfer* to your hotel in Havana but since you need to move on to Palma Rubiais, renting a car
is certainly worth considering. On Cayo Levisa, everything can be explored on foot.
*You can book a private transfer to Cayo Levisa from Havana or Varadero (airports and hotels). This option will be presented to you during the reservation process.
